French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets via phone and live chat, ensuring every contact feels professional, clear, and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly, and accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step toward resolution.
• Log all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify trends, share feedback, and help improve support processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with care, professionalism, and patience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
