French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via voice, live chat, and email while ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
• Provide feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
