French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will assist French‑and English‑speaking customers via phone, live chat and email, delivering friendly and effective service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English through voice calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer timely, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce systems.
• Understanding of CRM tools.
