French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Voice & Chat)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fast‑paced, remote‑first team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email while upholding our standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support in both French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
