French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while ensuring a consistent, trustworthy experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to maintain a seamless service history.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills
