French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt assistance and building lasting relationships through phone and live‑chat interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate support in both French and English via voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Document all interactions in the support system to maintain a clear record.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, aligning on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
