HR Executive - Delivery Center, Antananarivo

About the role

A full-time HR Executive is sought for a delivery center in Antananarivo, Madagascar, working from the office. The role covers HR operations, payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations and HR administration. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-5 years of HR operations experience, including payroll and recruitment
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding
• Experience in payroll processing, attendance management, leave administration and employee records
• Knowledge of Madagascar labor laws and HR compliance
• Experience in employee relations, grievance management and HR documentation
• BPO/shared services experience is an added advantage
• English at B2 (upper-intermediate) level and fluent French

Required skills

• Good proficiency in MS Excel, HR reporting and data management
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
