About the role

CCI-GrowthCon is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join its implementation team on a contract basis in Tolanaro, Madagascar. The role focuses on facilitating, coaching, and training client teams to embed improvement tools and methodologies into daily operations, driving safety, productivity and operational discipline.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide on‑site capacity as a facilitator, coach and trainer for the implementation team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across key client functions to embed client‑specific improvement tools.
  • Support the adoption of safety, productivity and operational discipline practices.
  • Adapt to local conditions and engage respectfully with diverse stakeholders.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Registration with the Ordre des Ingenieurs de Madagascar (OIM).
  • Proven experience actively coaching to achieve mindset and behaviour change.
  • Professional fluency in French and English with strong communication and facilitation skills.

Required skills

  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
  • Advanced Excel.
