Key Account Manager – Fleet Partner Development

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to build our partner network from the ground up in Madagascar. This field‑first position requires you to spend most of your time meeting fleet owners and partners face‑to‑face, shaping the local transport ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard fleet partners, guiding them from first contact to active status.
• Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with fleet companies, aggregators, and independent vehicle owners.
• Monitor supply quality and volume, track key performance metrics, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop new acquisition channels through distribution and logistics networks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to influence market strategy.

Required profile

• Proven background in acquisition, business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Result‑driven mindset with genuine interest in the challenge.
• Familiarity with the local market is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in the local language and English.
