Lead Software Developer – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Business Applications engineer to lead a small development squad and own the technical direction of our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate. The role is based in London with a hybrid working model (2‑3 days in the office) and offers a stable, mature environment backed by solid DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 2‑3 developers while staying hands‑on with coding.
• Define and enforce engineering standards and best practices.
• Shape long‑term architecture and influence design decisions.
• Deliver scalable, maintainable enterprise‑grade solutions on Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Act as the internal subject‑matter expert for Microsoft Business Applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading development teams in a Microsoft Business Applications context.
• Strong background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement engineering.
• Deep knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform development.
• Solid C# programming skills with experience building plugins, custom logic and integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and structured delivery practices.
