Lubricant Supply Planner

About the role

Vivo Energy Madagascar seeks a proactive Lubricant Supply Planner to manage end‑to‑end supply planning for finished lubricants, ensuring product availability while controlling transportation costs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse forecasts, plan supply needs, generate and manage import purchase orders, and monitor shipments from dispatch to port of arrival.
• Coordinate import activities, oversee cargo insurance, and handle supplier or carrier claims for damaged or lost cargo.
• Manage lubricant stock receipts, optimise stock transfers, and monitor stock health through regular reporting.
• Conduct inventory audits, reconcile stock levels, and execute month‑end stock closures in ERP systems.
• Audit and process import invoices to ensure financial accuracy and cost reduction.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in petroleum supply chain logistics.
• Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage crises agilely and collaborate across functions.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Data/financial analytics tools such as Power BI.
