Online Language School Franchise Partner – Madagascar

About the role

The Madagascar Online Language School Franchise Partner will lead the launch and growth of Lingua Learn’s virtual language school in Madagascar. Working remotely, you will act as the local face of the brand, driving business development, client acquisition and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Lingua Learn’s language courses to corporate and educational clients in Madagascar.
• Identify market opportunities and build partnerships with institutions and businesses.
• Coordinate with the central team to implement marketing and sales strategies.
• Manage enrollment processes, learner support and quality assurance.
• Oversee budgeting, goal setting and reporting for the franchise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or education management, preferably in online or service‑based environments.
• Strong analytical and research abilities to assess market potential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and Malagasy; additional languages are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Education, Communications or a related field.
