Online Language School Franchise Partner – Madagascar

About the role

Lingua Learn is seeking an ambitious entrepreneur to launch and grow its online language school franchise in Madagascar. This remote, contract-based partnership combines the backing of an established international brand with your local market knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage the local franchise operation, including finance, budgeting and reporting.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to attract individual learners and corporate clients.
• Recruit, train and supervise teaching and administrative staff.
• Utilise Lingua Learn’s e‑commerce platform, CRM and learning resources to deliver high‑quality language and soft‑skill courses.
• Collaborate with the Global Franchise Support Team to implement systems, monitor performance and adapt strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in franchising, business ownership or similar entrepreneurial ventures.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to plan revenue, control costs and produce basic reports.
• Demonstrated success in sales and client acquisition, preferably in education or training services.
• Background in education management or learning‑and‑development with a focus on learner experience.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely using online tools and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the Madagascar market; fluency in local languages and proficiency in English or French is a plus.
