About the role

The Madagascar Online Language School Franchise Partner will establish and manage Lingua Learn’s presence in Madagascar. This remote, contract role focuses on business development, service promotion, and operational setup of the franchise.

Key responsibilities

Lead local business development and promote Lingua Learn’s language and training services.
Coordinate with the Global Franchise Support Team on HR, marketing, sales, and administration.
Recruit, onboard, and manage teaching and support staff.
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and revenue management.

Required profile

Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building or managing a business, preferably in education or training.
Strong organizational and operational management abilities in a remote, online environment.
Excellent communication in English; French or Malagasy is a plus.

Required skills

Experience with e‑commerce platforms.
Proficiency in CRM systems.
