Order Processing Specialist (part‑time, remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual (French C1 & English C1) Order Processing Specialist to join its global support team. The position is part‑time, remote and focuses on handling inbound customer inquiries and ensuring accurate order data.

Key responsibilities

• Read and review incoming emails in the order mailbox, logging requests efficiently.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries during evening/night shifts and provide timely solutions.
• Validate order details to maintain data integrity and accurate record‑keeping.
• Flag missing, unclear, or problematic information to preserve operational quality.
• Compile and submit a comprehensive weekly issues report.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English and French (C1 level).
• Experience with end‑to‑end order processing, reporting, order entry, and fulfillment tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
• Accountable time management to meet weekly reporting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with a reliable PC (8 GB RAM) and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
