Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is seeking a full‑time remote Outbound Sales Representative to expand its network of donors and partners across Canada. You will be the voice of ERA, introducing our mission of electronic waste reduction and technology reuse to organizations and individuals, and turning interest into concrete equipment donations and recycling collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective donors, partners, and community groups.
• Present ERA’s services and impact, qualifying prospects and moving them through the sales pipeline.
• Schedule equipment pickups, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support fundraising campaigns and meet outreach targets.
• Track performance metrics and report on conversion rates and donor engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside and outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Experience or interest in nonprofit, environmental services, or technology recycling is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting and meet performance goals.
• High school diploma; post‑secondary education in business, communications, or related field is an asset.
