Part‑time Quality Control Inspector

About the role

QIMA is looking for a part‑time Quality Control Inspector to join its Operations team. You will work directly with an Operations Manager to ensure that product inspections are carried out to the company’s high standards, supporting global brands in delivering safe and reliable goods.

Key responsibilities

• Check email daily to receive inspection documents, guidelines and schedules.
• Attend supplier sites on time and communicate professionally with suppliers.
• Conduct inspections of merchandise according to QIMA procedures.
• Supervise container stuffing to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Complete inspection reports accurately and within required timelines.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in quality management, preferably in softlines, garments, textiles or footwear.
• Familiarity with AQL standards and relevant safety and quality regulations.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail and high professional ethics.
