Portfolio Analyst

About the role

As a Portfolio Analyst at DigiBank, you'll be the data warrior behind the scenes, supporting the Portfolio Manager in optimizing the financial product portfolio and reaching new heights. You will dive deep into customer data, market trends, and competitor offerings, turning information into actionable intelligence that fuels growth and empowers individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage advanced analytics and research tools to uncover hidden trends, customer desires, and pain points across diverse African markets.
• Track competitor strategies and emerging trends, informing portfolio adjustments and product development.
• Analyze customer behaviour and usage patterns to guide CVP development and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to design data‑driven pricing models that balance affordability with profitability.
• Monitor key portfolio metrics, propose optimization strategies, and help implement a robust risk‑management framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data visualization tools.
• Experience using statistical software for analysis.
