Pricing Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a Pricing Trainee to join DHL Global Forwarding Madagascar. In this entry‑level position you will support the commercial and pricing team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, data handling and basic market research, helping the business deliver competitive freight solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, verify and enter pricing and commercial data into internal systems.
• Prepare basic responses to pricing requests and draft simple price proposals.
• Conduct routine research on market trends and competitive pricing.
• Compile data and generate reports to support commercial insights and positioning.
• Assist in testing and applying standard pricing tools and processes under supervision.

Required profile

• Vocational or technical education; no specific degree required.
• Less than 2 years of relevant experience or recent graduate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Good written and spoken English.
