About the role

UNICEF is seeking a Procurement Services Specialist to support its Country Programme in Madagascar. This temporary, 364‑day appointment is based in Antananarivo and contributes to the implementation of policies that protect children’s rights, especially for the most disadvantaged and excluded groups.

Key responsibilities

• Provide procurement support for UNICEF programmes in Madagascar, ensuring alignment with the Country Programme objectives.
• Assist in the application of UNICEF procurement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with government agencies, partners and internal teams to facilitate timely acquisition of goods and services.

Required profile

• Professional experience at P‑3 level in procurement or related fields.
• Temporary appointment of 364 days, based in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
