Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered platform for short‑term rental operators. We are looking for a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex operational workflows into simple, beautiful experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition and user research through prototypes, final interfaces and implementation reviews.
• Speak with operators and internal teams to understand pain points and translate them into clear user journeys, wireframes and polished interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs work with real data, edge cases and technical constraints.
• Test ideas early, incorporate feedback, and iterate on experiences after launch.
• Use AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining high design standards.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates both UX thinking and visual design excellence.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Excellent judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour and responsive design.
• Ability to simplify complex information without hiding needed details.
• Proven experience working directly with engineers and seeing designs through to production.
• Clear communication skills and a high sense of ownership.
