QA Manager

About the role

The QA Manager will lead quality assurance for a new line of airships and aerostats, establishing a robust quality control system and ensuring compliance with international aviation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee QA activities for the airship and aerostat production line.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive QC system for the new company.
• Coordinate ISO and other relevant certifications.
• Maintain compliance with civil aviation standards such as AS9100.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional QA experience in the aviation sector.
• B.Sc. in aerospace, mechanical, materials or production engineering.
• Strong knowledge of quality management and configuration management.
• Familiarity with civil aviation standards (AS9100) and certification processes.
• Good command of English; Russian is a plus.
• Fast learner and effective team player.
