Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and care.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Reliable laptop (i5 or higher), internet ≥25 Mbps, and a quiet workspace.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar ticketing/CRM tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
