Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our growing e‑commerce team. In this role you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning issues into positive experiences while working from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, empathetic and able to handle pressure.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar e‑commerce support tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
