Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. You will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning issues into positive experiences. This position combines empathy, clear communication, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and care.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both French and English.
• Experience with bilingual support is an advantage.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience with Zendesk or comparable help‑desk tools.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
