Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences. This position is fully remote and focuses on delivering empathetic, clear, and efficient support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in both French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to remain calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
