Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, turning inquiries into positive experiences while working from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order‑related, or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in the support system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
