Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order‑related issues through chat, email, and phone while delivering a friendly, supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and calls.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related problems.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

• Collaborate closely with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
