Remote Webflow Developer – Build Pixel‑Perfect Sites

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled, design‑focused Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity Figma mockups into fully functional, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites and own the technical delivery of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build custom, fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to accurately implement Figma or Adobe XD mockups.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend native Webflow functionality.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Integrate third‑party tools, APIs, and analytics platforms such as Zapier, GA4, GTM, and CRM software.
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing and maintain website security.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional Webflow design and development experience, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS, or startup.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography, and responsive design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
• Robust portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects, custom interactions, and before/after designs.
