About the role

Arovy University is seeking a Communication Manager to lead and develop the institution's overall communication strategy. The role focuses on enhancing the university's visibility, promoting its programmes, strengthening its institutional image, and supporting student recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the annual communication plan for the university.
• Maintain and evolve the Arovy University brand identity and visual coherence.
• Manage and animate social media channels and other relevant communication platforms.
• Plan, produce and oversee a wide range of content including publications, videos, graphics, testimonials, interviews, news items and campaigns.
• Develop and run promotional campaigns for academic programmes.
• Coordinate communication around events, conferences, partnerships and other university activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with media, partners, institutions and other visibility‑enhancing actors.
• Oversee external service providers such as designers, photographers, videographers, agencies and printers.
• Monitor communication performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and academic, commercial and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Significant professional experience in communication, preferably within education or training services.
• Strong command of French written communication.
• Ability to devise and lead a comprehensive communication strategy, not just produce content.
• Creative, autonomous, well‑organized and proactive.
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and simultaneous projects.
