About the role

JANGAYA, a Malagasy artisanal workshop specializing in high‑end raphia pieces, is looking for a Responsable Production Bulk to lead its serial production line. The role oversees the entire production flow from model validation by the development team to the factory release of finished goods, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate commercial demand into real production capacity and monitor execution.
• Guarantee that every order is shipped on the promised date and quantity, without over‑promising or excessive safety margins.
• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end production planning models, including load and capacity calculations.
• Schedule production runs, build detailed planning tables, and adjust them as needed.
• Measure and standardize manual production times, establishing reliable standard times.
• Provide early alerts when critical deviations between demand and capacity arise.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in production planning or production management.
• Strong analytical rigor; decisions must be data‑driven.
• Fluent in French and Malagasy.
• Experience in a free‑zone environment is a plus, ideally in raphia, basketry, or textile sectors.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building planning models from scratch.
• Production planning and scheduling, capacity calculation, and time‑study analysis.
