Sales Manager – Advertising Space (OOH & DOOH)

About the role

We are looking for a highly aggressive, results‑driven Sales Manager who is fluent in both English and French to lead the sale of out‑of‑home (OOH) and digital out‑of‑home (DOOH) advertising spaces across key African markets. The successful candidate will leverage an existing client portfolio to generate immediate revenue and accelerate market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Sell premium static and digital advertising spaces to top‑tier brands, media buying agencies, and corporate clients.
• Utilise an active book of business to drive immediate sales and expand market share.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from aggressive prospecting and tailored pitching to contract negotiation and campaign closure.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to increase presence in a competitive outdoor advertising landscape.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling OOH, DOOH, or general media space.
• Active portfolio of contacts within media buying agencies or major advertisers.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Hunter mentality with strong negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
