Sales Specialist – Heavy Equipment

About the role

Zoomlion is seeking motivated Sales Specialists to join its Heavy Equipment division in Madagascar. You will represent a global leader in machinery manufacturing, promoting agricultural, construction and mining equipment to new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets, pipeline and collection goals.
• Prospect, qualify and generate leads for multiple product lines.
• Contact prospective clients through calls and visits to showcase products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain and update activities in the CRM system.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer needs.
• Prepare weekly reports for the line manager.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum matric / grade 12; tertiary education is a plus.
• Sales experience in engineering machinery or heavy‑equipment sectors (mobile crane, tower crane, concrete equipment).
• Technical aptitude for understanding machinery specifications and applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
