About the role

Join a leading pan‑African technology group operating across four French‑speaking countries. As a Senior MongoDB Expert you will design, build and maintain high‑availability database infrastructure that supports a fast‑growing regional environment.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement MongoDB architecture and installations
Set up and configure monitoring solutions
Define L2 operational manuals in collaboration with the vendor
Join incident‑resolution calls when issues exceed the NOC’s scope
Define and roll out operational procedures (ModOps) for NOC teams

Required profile

7+ years of hands‑on MongoDB experience
Senior/confirmed profile with strong autonomy
Comfortable operating in a multi‑country, multi‑stakeholder environment
Native or fluent French speaker
Good level of English
Based in Madagascar (preferred)
