SEO/SEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. You will shape our keyword strategy, optimise on‑page elements, manage link‑building campaigns and run high‑performing PPC ads on Google and Bing to maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery and expansion to drive organic traffic.
• Optimise website content, meta tags, landing pages and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Launch, monitor and optimise paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to achieve cost‑effective acquisition.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report and analyse website analytics (GA4), PPC performance and SEO metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure zero downtime.
