Space Knowledge & Communications Expert (Non-Key)

About the role

NTU International seeks a qualified Non‑Key Expert to support knowledge management, editorial production, communication, visibility and digital knowledge platforms for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Support knowledge‑management activities for the Africa‑EU space partnership, including collection, organization and dissemination of relevant information.
• Produce editorial and communication materials that raise the visibility of the programme and its outcomes.
• Manage digital knowledge platforms, ensuring they are up‑to‑date, user‑friendly and accessible to stakeholders.
• Disseminate policy and technical content such as case studies and EU‑compliant visibility material.
• Contribute to communication strategies that foster policy dialogue and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content.
• Minimum one year of experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, including policy and technical content.
• Experience with space or science‑technology‑innovation (STI) programmes is an additional asset.
