Space Market, Innovation & Investment Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a senior specialist to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role focuses on developing space and geospatial markets, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, and enhancing investment readiness across African and European ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and map space and geospatial market opportunities in Africa and the EU.
• Design and implement innovation instruments, incubation and acceleration programmes.
• Support commercialisation pathways and prepare organisations for investment.
• Provide advisory services on access to finance and investment readiness.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange and policy dialogue between African and European stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, innovation management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in market analysis, innovation, entrepreneurship, business development or investment advisory in technology sectors.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in space or geospatial markets.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
• Familiarity with African space markets and investment ecosystems is a plus.
