Superviseur EHSQ & Logistique

About the role

SOLEVO, a leading distributor of chemicals and agricultural inputs in Africa, is seeking an experienced EHSQ & Logistics Supervisor for its Madagascar subsidiary. The role combines responsibility for quality, health, safety, environment management and logistics coordination to ensure compliance with group standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, pilot and maintain the Quality Management System across key processes and teams.
• Implement monitoring tools for the quality system and ensure all required procedures are executed and maintained.
• Oversee the execution of the subsidiary’s quality control plan, including inspection plans and operating procedures.
• Define organisational policies, objectives and communication plans related to quality, and monitor associated budgets.
• Promote client‑requirement awareness throughout the organisation and drive continuous improvement of the customer experience.
• Conduct field visits to verify compliance with SOLEVO standards and develop corrective action plans.
• Prepare certification or accreditation documentation as required.
• Maintain technological and competitive intelligence and ensure document compliance with the document‑management procedure.
• Plan and drive EHS improvement actions, including audits, corrective and preventive measures, and regulatory monitoring.
• Establish relationships with regulatory bodies and third‑party organisations, and facilitate knowledge sharing across sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing quality, health, safety and environmental systems within an industrial or agricultural context.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and regulatory requirements applicable to chemicals and agricultural products.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, conduct audits and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
