System Engineer – Airship Systems

About the role

We are seeking a System Engineer to design and implement architecture and systemic solutions for modern airships, aerostats, and their components. The role involves translating complex multidisciplinary concepts into practical, reliable systems that meet aviation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate multidisciplinary system architectures for airship platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design reports and interface specifications.
• Present technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support testing, validation, and verification activities to ensure system performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary systems development.
• B.Sc. in Electrical or Aeronautical Engineering (required); M.Sc. in Electrical, Aeronautics, or Systems Engineering (advantage).
• Experience in aviation or aerospace systems is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to write clear technical documents.
• Excellent English communication skills; Russian is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, self‑learning capability, and ability to work effectively in a team.
