Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Talent Acquisition Sourcer to cover a three‑month maternity leave. Working remotely from Madagascar, you will support our fast‑moving recruitment team by sourcing and pre‑qualifying candidates for sales and technology positions across several European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sourcing for assigned sales and tech roles.
• Build and maintain pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Deliver weekly shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls in French and English.
• Maintain ATS hygiene in Notion, including updates, tagging, and notes.
• Write and test outreach messages in both languages and track response rates.
• Coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition Managers on hiring priorities.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition support.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search.
• Strong communication skills in French and English (full professional proficiency).
• Highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
