Treasury and ALM Manager

About the role

The Treasury and ALM Manager will drive the bank's treasury, liquidity, asset‑liability management and short‑term investment activities. The role ensures financial stability, optimises funding costs and guarantees compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Determine daily cash position, forecast short‑term cash flows and manage cash transactions under a dual‑approval principle.
• Measure and monitor liquidity ratios, gaps and reserves; implement the bank’s refinancing plan and diversification strategy.
• Prepare ALM analyses, set limits, support the ALM Committee and propose internal pricing guidelines for balance‑sheet products.
• Invest excess cash according to policy, manage the securities portfolio and administer segregated bank accounts while respecting concentration limits.
• Draft and maintain treasury and ALM procedures, perform first‑level controls and report incidents.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in finance, banking, economics or financial engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in bank treasury, ALM or markets at a regulated financial institution.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and anticipatory abilities.
• Rigorous attention to detail, confidentiality and excellent negotiation skills with banking counterparts and lenders.
