Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations for agro‑commodity handling at our Toamasina site. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of spices, pulses, vanilla beans, sugar and flour, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Coordinate staff schedules, assign duties, and enforce safe use of material‑handling equipment.
• Optimize space utilization, implement warehouse procedures, and collaborate with procurement, logistics and quality teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency and cost control.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in food commodities or FMCG.
• Strong leadership, communication and team‑coordination abilities.
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or related field (preferred).
• Fluency in French is an added advantage.
