Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will interact with customers in French and English via chat, email and phone, helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues while delivering a friendly, supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English through chat, email and calls.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order questions.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e‑commerce systems.
• Understanding of CRM systems.
