Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will be the friendly voice and chat partner for French‑speaking customers, helping them resolve issues, track orders, and understand our products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance via phone and live chat in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office.
• Strong empathy and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
