About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales of terminal products across Madagascar. You will shape local sales strategies, drive team performance, and build lasting customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet and exceed team targets for communication terminal products.
- Identify, acquire, and nurture local customer resources, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay market demand, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- Perform additional sales‑related tasks as assigned by senior leadership.
Required profile
- Malagasy resident with deep knowledge of the local market environment and business regulations.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for bilingual communication.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the communications sector.
- Strong customer development capabilities and a results‑driven mindset.
