Technical Support Consultant – Short‑Term Remote

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join its global Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service team on a short‑term basis. You will work remotely, assisting customers via email and chat, troubleshooting a variety of product issues while delivering a professional and friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support through email and chat, responding promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot product issues, identifying whether they relate to hardware, software, connectivity, setup, or user configuration.
• Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems and guide customers step‑by‑step toward resolution.
• Follow established troubleshooting procedures and apply judgment for non‑standard cases.
• Document interactions and resolution steps clearly in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior staff when necessary.
• Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level, spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical customer support role.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Critical thinking, practical and analytical approach to issue resolution.
• Reliable personal computer (≥8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
