About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience for users across both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance through chat and email in French and English.
• Address customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to help improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive with a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
