Chargé Webmarketing – E‑commerce & plateformes de livraison

About the role

The Webmarketing Officer will support a French restaurant franchise by managing its online presence, e‑commerce strategy and delivery platform integrations. The role combines website administration, catalogue updates, and coordination with marketing, product and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company website and mobile application, contributing to e‑commerce strategy to increase revenue.
• Optimize customer journeys and content to improve site performance.
• Implement online commercial actions in collaboration with marketing, communication and CRM teams.
• Configure the cash‑register system and keep product catalogues up‑to‑date across all sales channels.
• Oversee partnerships with Uber, Deliveroo, JustEat, Wedely and the Flynt tool, handling negotiations, contractual compliance and performance reporting.
• Maintain delivery platform catalogues and produce benchmark analyses for pricing recommendations.
• Create and configure new point‑of‑sale accounts on all sales and visibility channels (website, delivery platforms, The Fork, TripAdvisor, Google My Business, etc.).
• Define delivery zones for each new outlet and update establishment information via the Malou application.

Required profile

• Perfect command of written and spoken French.
• High level of autonomy and professionalism, as direct client interaction is required.
• Versatility and proactive attitude with strong proposal skills.
• Motivation and willingness to support field teams; no prior restaurant experience needed.
