Customer Support Representative – Central Ops Agent

About the role

We are seeking motivated, customer‑focused Central Ops Agents to join our Contact Centre team in Antananarivo. This full‑time, on‑site position operates on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays. Candidates must be proficient in French (C1) and have at least intermediate English (B1). The role involves handling inbound and outbound interactions, providing accurate information, and ensuring effective solutions for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
• Follow established procedures and operational guidelines.
• Record and update customer information accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Work effectively across rotating shifts in a 24/7 contact centre environment.
• Perform duties on‑site at the Antananarivo office, following the company’s operational standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service oriented with a professional attitude.
• Good problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good computer literacy.
• Previous contact centre or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in French (C1 – Advanced) and English (B1 – Intermediate).
