About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support in a fully remote setting. You will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, professional assistance via chat and email in both French and English.
• Address customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple conversations.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and reliable work habits.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
